If you wish to return any item purchased in Boutiquefayza.com you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
The products must be in perfect condition, must retain all tags and be in their original packaging.
You must fill out our return form and insert it inside the package before sending it.
The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

RETURN PROCESS
- The return process takes a maximum of 14 working days after the delivery date.
- Once the return request has been processed, we will proceed to refund the amount of the purchase.
- Returned products are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our warehouse, please request a proof of shipment from the shipping company (tracking number)
- The shipping risk is at your own expense.
