If you wish to return any item purchased on Boutiquefayza.com, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.

The products must be in perfect condition, retain all tags, and be in their original packaging.

You must complete our return form and place it inside the package before sending it back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCESS

• Sale items, discounted products, and perfumes cannot be returned.
• The return process takes a maximum of 14 business days from the date of delivery.
• Once your return request has been processed, all returned products will be inspected. If everything is in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable; only the product cost will be reimbursed.
• Returned products are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our warehouse. Please request a proof of shipment from your courier (e.g. tracking number).
• The shipping risk is your responsibility.
